At Fabric Wholesale Direct, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, uncut condition. Please note that once fabric has been washed, cut, or altered, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fabric is in its original state, measuring at least one full yard, and has not been washed or altered in any way.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to us using a trackable carrier of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned yardage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.
